§ 10 SPRINGBRETTET'S FUND
§ 10-1 Purpose of the fund
Springbrettet's Fund is a fund that will allot financial aid til initiatives outside of Springbrettet's usual activites.
§ 10-2 Foundation of the fund
The board of executives will decide on transfering funds from the budget presented at the general assembly to the Fund, if the transfer is found justifiable and appropriate. The Fund may also receive monetary funds from outside donors if the funds are at the disposal of the trustees of the Fund.
§ 10-3 Management of the fund
The Fund will be managed by one member of Springbrettet's board of executives, a representative from Karrieresenteret or SiB, and a representative from Bergen Næringsråd. Proposals to the trustees of the Fund are to be put forward for approval at the general assembly.
§ 10-4 Allotment of funds
Funds may be allotted when needed, or at predetermined dates. Application or enquiry for funds, with budget plan and description of the project, to be presented to Springbrettet's board of executives. All applications and enquiries to be considered by all trustees of the fund jointly. Funds may be awarded to the following initiatives, in prioritized order:
1. Initiatives that promote collaboration between professional life and students of Bergen
2. Initiatives that promote collaboration between different student groups
3. Initiatives that otherwise coincide with Springbrettet's aim, in accordance with § 2
Recipients of funds are to supply Springbrettet's Chieft Treasurer with financial statements by the deadline appointed by the trustees of the fund.
