Collaboration between partners
Springbrettet’s goal is to promote the collaboration between various student groups, professional life and students. In order to achieve a good cooperation, we need some good partners. Below you can read a short description of the partners with whom we have been working:
Sparebanken Vest is the main sponsor of Springbrettet and a central collaborating partner in Springbrettet’s work. This cooperation will support Sparebanken Vest’s work to become a driving force for social life and industry in Western Norway, through Springbrettet's work towards arranging events which contribute to the process of making students and industry in Western Norway come closer.
Collaboration between Springbrettet and Sparebanken Vest consists, among other things, of joint projects for students. Furthermore Sparebanken Vest supports Springbrettet economically, which allows Springbrettet to deliver high quality products to students and companies alike
Karrieresenteret (SiB) has since the organisation was established been Springbrettets strongest supporter and closest collaborator. Karrieresenteret was until 2006 responsible for planning and carrying out the Career Day, but in 2007 a collaboration with Springbrettet was established. The cooperation consisted of Springbrettet taking over the leadership of the project, while Karrieresenteret contributed with its experience. Even though Springbrettet will be organizing Career Day on its own from 2008, the collaboration between the two sides is not be over. Among these will be the Karrivalen in the spring semester which takes place every year and of course many other projects.
Springbrettet and Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Industry are both interested in enhancing the collaboration between students and the professional life. Springbrettet brings students into this project while Bergen Næringsråd works with the focus on enterprises. From the beginning these two sides have been meeting and exchanging different thoughts and ideas. Næringsråd comes in handy in already existing and new projects. Springbrettet is given access to the meeting places of companies in Næringsråd. From 2008, Springbrettet is represented in the Rekrutteringssamarbeidet which works towards strengthening the recruitment of qualified workforce for companies in the region both short- and long-term.
